All nannies hold Blue Cards (a positive notice issued by the Commission for Children and Young People which ensures the suitability of all persons working with children).
 All nannies hold valid First Aid and CPR Certificates.
 For added peace of mind, we also carry out biannual checks to ensure all certificates and Blue Cards are up to date.
 We carry out qualification checks (where applicable) as well as identification checks on each applicant.
 All nannies have been interviewed twice, over the phone and face-to-face.
 We use behavioural interviewing techniques to assess how each nanny communicates with children and how she would deal with a number of challenging situations that may occur.
 All nannies have had a minimum of two child care related references and one character reference checked.
